We don't sell spots in the directory. A contractor is listed only if public state records show they're allowed to do concrete work in Washington. The current list has 642 contractors and was last rebuilt from source data on October 5, 2026.
What we check
- Active contractor registration. The business holds an active registration with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I).
- Concrete specialty. Concrete is the registration's primary or secondary specialty.
- Bond. A contractor bond is on file and hasn't been cancelled.
- Insurance. Liability insurance is on file and hasn't expired or been cancelled.
- Public-works record. We count the prevailing-wage affidavits the business has filed for public projects. It isn't a quality rating, but it shows the company has done government-funded work that comes with paperwork and inspections.
What we don't check
We don't inspect work, check references or guarantee results. Licenses can lapse between our updates, so look up any contractor on L&I's Verify a Contractortool before you sign a contract or pay a deposit.
How contractors are ordered
City pages list contractors based within about 25 miles (more in rural areas), nearest first. Contractors with a bond, insurance and a public-works record move up a little. Partner contractors who receive project requests through us will be clearly labeled.
